Large Victorian house where our clients were empty nesters, and had accumulated a lot of clutter over the years. We decluttered the house for them, organised the removal of surplus furniture and rubbish removal.
The client’s furniture and art was moved around the house to more suitable areas. We organised the rental of a double bed and sofa that were missing and purchased on their behalf new cushions and soft furnishings that were missing to add interest.
We also project managed: a plasterer for the entrance hall ceiling that was damaged, our trusted decorator to paint over the tired wall paper in the dark entrance hall and walls all the way up the stairs to the top of the house as well as the large converted loft area.
Carpets were removed in the bathrooms and replaced with inexpensive, but tasteful lino. New lighting was installed in the entrance hall too to brighten up the area.
