3) Project Management

Some properties may require more than just Staging and some rooms may need complete refurbishment eg decorating, floors sanding, new carpets, new curtains, repairs, gardening and maybe even new bathrooms and kitchens. We will put together a detailed proposal which will include quotes for all of the required tradesmen, together with a timing plan for the whole project.

Once given the go ahead, we can then recommend specific colour schemes, including paint colours, tiles, bathroom and kitchen fittings, curtains etc; which are beyond a straightforward staging project.

During the project, we will schedule and manage the tradesmen, make regular site visits to check on progress and keep you informed.
